Submitting an inquiry or sample request through our website does not constitute a binding order. All business arrangements are formalised through direct communication and written agreements between Vihan DryLeaf and the buyer.

Product Specifications

Product specifications listed on our website (mesh size, moisture levels, shelf life) are standard parameters. Custom specifications are available and must be agreed upon in writing before production. Specifications may vary slightly batch-to-batch within acceptable tolerances.

Minimum Order Quantities

MOQ varies by product and is confirmed during the inquiry process. Sample quantities below standard MOQ may be arranged separately with applicable courier charges.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on our website (if any) are indicative only and subject to change based on market conditions, order quantity, and specifications. Final pricing is provided through formal quotation.

• All prices are quoted in USD or INR unless otherwise agreed
• Standard payment terms: advance payment or T/T before shipment for new buyers
• LC (Letter of Credit) terms available for established buyers upon agreement
• Bank charges and wire transfer fees are the buyer's responsibility
• Prices do not include freight, insurance, customs duties, or taxes unless stated

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via sea freight (FCL/LCL) and air freight depending on order size and buyer requirements.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to carrier schedules and customs clearance
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier (FOB unless otherwise agreed)
• We provide all standard export documentation including invoice, packing list, COA, and phytosanitary certificate
• Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility
• Vihan DryLeaf is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, port congestion, or force majeure events

6. Quality Assurance & Returns

Every batch is lab-tested before dispatch. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided with every shipment.

Claims & Disputes

• Quality claims must be raised within 7 days of receipt of goods
• Claims must be supported by photographic evidence and, where possible, independent lab test results
• We do not accept returns of goods that have been opened, used, or stored improperly by the buyer
• Resolution may include replacement, credit note, or refund at our discretion based on verified claim

Storage & Shelf Life

Shelf life guarantees apply only when products are stored in recommended conditions — cool, dry, away from direct sunlight, in sealed original packaging. Vihan DryLeaf is not responsible for quality degradation due to improper storage by the buyer.

All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, design, logo, and tagline — is the intellectual property of Vihan DryLeaf and protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

• The name "Vihan DryLeaf" and tagline "Seasons Never Left" are proprietary to us

8. Limitation of Liability

• Damages arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics
• Inaccuracies in website content or product descriptions that have been superseded by direct quotation

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions with Vihan DryLeaf shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct negotiation and good-faith communication before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Most disputes can and should be resolved through dialogue.
