Observation
We saw vegetables being wasted. Tonnes of fresh produce — perfectly grown, perfectly nutritious — going unsold because markets were flooded or seasons ended too fast. That bothered us.
So we asked a simple question: what if we could lock in everything good about a vegetable — its colour, its nutrients, its flavour — and make it last? Not with chemicals. Not with preservatives. Just by removing the one thing that makes it expire: water.
That question became Vihan DryLeaf. Today we work directly with farms, dry vegetables at controlled temperatures, mill them to precision, and ship them to kitchens and factories worldwide — with zero additives and a Certificate of Analysis in every box.
