What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product — typically 25 kg for samples and 100–500 kg for bulk orders. Contact us with your requirement and we'll give you a specific answer.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, always. We encourage sample orders first. Sample quantities are available for most products. Courier charges apply for international samples.
What documents do you provide for export?
We provide COA, MSDS, Phytosanitary Certificate, Health Certificate, and any other document required for your country's import compliance.
Do you offer private labeling?
Yes. We offer full white-label and private-label packaging. Your brand, our quality. Minimum quantities apply for custom label printing.
Are your products certified?
Yes — FSSAI, ISO 22000, and HACCP certified. Organic sourced variants are also available. Certificate copies provided on formal inquiry.
How long does shipping take?
Sea freight: 15–35 days depending on destination. Air freight: 5–10 days. We assist with freight coordination and all necessary documentation.
Can you do custom mesh sizes?
Yes. We can mill to any mesh between 40 and 200 as per your production requirement. Share your spec and we'll confirm feasibility.
What payment terms do you accept?
We work with T/T (bank transfer), LC at sight, and advance payment for new buyers. Payment terms are discussed based on order size and relationship.
